State of Florida v. R.R.  R.R. was arrested and charged with petit theft.  Following a jury trial, Ms. Borghetti secured a jury verdict of NOT GUILTY.

State of Florida v. D.B.  D.B. was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.  Ms. Borghetti successfully argued for a JUDGMENT OF ACQUITTAL.

State of Florida vs. D.W.  D.W. was arrested and charged with DUI, driving with a suspended/revoked license, a civil traffic infraction.  The trial concluded with a HUNG JURY.

State of Florida v., I.L.  I.L. was arrested and charged with petit theft.  Ms. Borghetti defended I.L. at a jury trial and the jury returned a verdict of NOT GUILTY.

State of Florida v. C.C.  C.C. was arrested and charged with petit theft.  Ms. Borghetti successfully argued to have a MISTRIAL declared.  The charge was ultimately DROPPED.

State of Florida v. J.T.  J.T. was arrested and charged with misdemeanor battery.  At a jury trial, J.T. was found NOT GUILTY of the charge.
