State of Florida vs. D.A.  D.A. was charged with six counts of various fishing related misdemeanors.  At the jury trial, D.A. was found NOT GUILTY on three of the six counts.

State of Florida v. J.B.  J.B. was arrested and charged with two counts of misdemeanor battery.  Following a jury trial, Ms. Borghetti secured a jury verdict of NOT GUILTY on one count, and later a JUDGMENT OF ACQUITTAL on the other.

State of Florida v. C.W.  C.W. was arrested and charged with misdemeanor battery.  A jury trial was held and C.W. was found NOT GUILTY by the jury.

State of Florida v. J.W.  J.W. was arrested and charged with trespassing and petit theft.  The jury returned a verdict of NOT GUILTY on the trespassing charge. 

State of Florida v. E.C.  E.C. was arrested and charged with misdemeanor battery. Ms. Borghetti defended E.C. in a jury trial.  E.C. was found NOT GUILTY by the jury.

State of Florida v. J.C.  J.C. was arrested and charged with DUI and civil traffic infractions. Ms. Borghetti defended J.C. at a jury trial.  J.C. was found NOT GUILTY by the jury on the DUI charge.
