State of Florida v. E.P.  E.P. was arrested and charged by Information with Grand Theft.  Following a jury trial, Ms. Borghetti secured a jury verdict of NOT GUILTY. 

State of Florida v. J.H.  J.H. was arrested and charged with two counts of grand theft.  Following a jury trial, in which the jury returned verdicts of guilty on both counts, Ms. Borghetti secured a JUDGMENT NOTWITHSTANDING THE VERDICT (“JNOV”) for J.H.  J.H. was ACQUITTED of both charges.
